Having become Bank Niaga agency in their credit card department for over 1.5 years, SemutApi Colony faces new challenge to improve Niaga's credit card holder number and also in their usage. After observation and audience analysis, SAC noticed and acknowledge one of the main fear/concern of crdit card holders is credit card bill. So SAC use that to create "FREE BILL" campaign.
